Coordination Services

Our wedding planning specialists are the first to arrive and the last to leave.  We ensure that nothing has been forgotten and handle any “surprises” that may arise.  The bride and groom will arrive with nothing left to do but enjoy every minute of their special day.  You will be guests at your wedding.

We will research countless ceremony or reception sites in the area of your choice and come up with the best site to meet your unique personality, style and budget. Each service is priced consecutively.

A professional consultant will sit down with you and help lay out a complete financial analysis of your wedding plans using your bottom-line. You will be preferred to many qualified vendors cognizance of your budget and desires, sharing the tricks of the trade, of how to achieve an elegant wedding within a limited budget.

Supervise and manage the ceremony only. Assist with minimal decorations like placing pew bows and candles. Keep wedding party on schedule, pin boutonniere and corsages, take care of emergency forgotten items such as petals for the flower girl’s, basket and stick pins; support and keep bride calm; coordinate with officiant and musicians, locate family members and the wedding party, form the processional line-up, cue the processional music and the ceremony commencement. Collect all wedding paraphernalia, decorations and flowers used in the ceremony and see that the designated person is given all items.

Coordination services ONLY. Monitor and oversee the decoration of your reception site according to your specifications. Check all areas for cleanliness. Set-up the gift tables, place party favors, centerpieces, decorate the cake table, place cutlery; placards, and reserved cards. Complete management of the reception. Coordinate responsibilities with other vendors, oversee decorations, and assist with centerpiece and favor placement; reserve seating and assigned guest seating, monitor guest book and gift table until attendant arrives; alert responsible party that the wedding party has arrived (usually MC or DJ) to make announcement at entrance to reception, supervise reception events, such as first dance, cake cutting, garter/bouquet throw, money dance. Adhere to the schedule as time permits and keep MC and bride & groom alert to upcoming events. Collect, clean and pack Wedding Goblets and Cake Knife and Server, place with gifts for gift attendant.

Non-contracted Coordination services only.
Consultation on planning your wedding. You may need some help in getting started. A professional consultant can create a “wedding plan” for you to follow the detailed guidelines throughout your day.

Our Full-Service, Day-of-the-Wedding, Rehearsal/Ceremony and Reception Only Coordination allows for one primary coordinator and one assistant to attend the event. Sometimes larger weddings with many different events may require an extra pair of hands.

All services require 50% deposit with the balance due 10 business days prior to the event. Full payment of hourly sessions is required at the time service is contracted. We accept all major credit cards.
